The Nigerian business tycoon and philanthropist Femi Otedola has been inaugurated as the chancellor of Augustine University on thursday.
It was gathered by ENTRUST REPORTERS that Augustine University also known as AUI is a private catholic university located in ilara, a town under epe local government Lagos state had concluded all the preparations to install Femi Otedola as the new chancellor earlier before the convocation
The business man was on thursday October 26, during the university’s fifth convocation ceremony inaugurated into his new position.
Mr Otedola posted images from the ceremony on social media. He hoped the donation would help the youngsters during their tough time.
Mr. Femi Otedola who is the father of the popular female DJ (DJ Cuppy) stated: today, I was inaugurated as the Chancellor of Augustine University. I strongly believe in transforming establishments that I am associated with.
Otedola then stretched hands of comfortability towards the students and school by donating meaningfully on his inauguration day during this difficult time.
