The Supreme Court of Nigeria has slated Thursday, October 26, to deliver judgement in the appeals lodged by the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi and his counterpart in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
It could be recalled that both Atiku and Obi, displeased with the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, which dismissed their petitions against Tinubu’s election victory, filed appeals at the apex court.
